Refund Policy

Crypto payments are non-reversible on the blockchain. We can’t pull a USDT transaction back. What we can do is described below.
1. Unused credits — refund within 14 days
If you bought credits within the last 14 days and have used none of them, we will refund the credits as USDT to a TRC-20 wallet address you provide, minus any network fees we incur to send the refund. Email support@apkforge.net from the email on the account, with the order ID and your refund wallet address.
2. Failed builds
If a build is marked failed due to an error on our side (storage, queue, or worker crash), the credit is automatically refunded to your account balance within 60 seconds of the failure. You don’t need to ask.
If a build fails because the source URL is unreachable, your config is invalid, or the WebView cannot render the site, the credit is not automatically refunded — the build infrastructure ran. Open a support ticket if you believe the failure was on our infrastructure and we’ll review the logs.
3. Service incidents
If a major incident causes builds to fail platform-wide, we’ll credit affected accounts proactively. Status is posted at our contact page during incidents.
4. Chargebacks
Because payments are crypto-native, there is no chargeback mechanism. Disputes go through support only.
5. How long refunds take
Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days of approval.
