Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of UrlToApk, available at apkforge.net. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

1. The service

UrlToApk packages a public web URL into an Android APK using a WebView wrapper. We don’t host your website or your users’ data — the APK loads the URL you supply.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You may only convert sites you own or are explicitly authorised to package.
  • You will not use UrlToApk to distribute malware, spam, gambling without licence, content that exploits minors, illegal goods, or anything that violates a third-party right.
  • You are responsible for the privacy disclosures and consents collected by your packaged app (camera, microphone, location, etc., per the permissions you enable).
  • You will respect Google Play policies if you publish the APK to Play.

3. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your password and admin credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@apkforge.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Credits, payments & pricing

  • UrlToApk is credit-based. Each build consumes credits.
  • Credit prices are listed on the pricing page in USDT (TRC-20). Payments are non-reversible on the blockchain; see the Refund Policy for what we can do.
  • We may change prices with 14 days’ notice. Already-purchased credits keep their value.

5. Acceptable use of compute

We rate-limit logins, registrations, and builds to keep the platform reliable. Repeated abuse of these limits, attempts to circumvent them, or attacks against the API are grounds for suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the website you package and the APK we produce from it. We retain ownership of UrlToApk itself, the build templates, and the platform code. You may not reverse-engineer the platform or scrape it programmatically beyond your account’s API quota.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Surviving sections: 6, 8, 9.

8. Disclaimers & liability

UrlToApk is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that builds will be accepted by Google Play or that the WebView wrapper will work for every site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
