What are build credits?+
Build credits are the currency of UrlToApk. Each APK build consumes one or more credits depending on the options you enable. You purchase credits upfront and spend them whenever you trigger a build.
How does TRC-20 payment work?+
We accept USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network. After selecting a credit pack, you send USDT to our wallet address. Credits are added to your account automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain — usually within a few minutes.
Do credits expire?+
No. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account indefinitely. Use them whenever you need to build or rebuild an APK.
What if my build fails?+
If a build fails due to a server-side error, your credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. Failures caused by invalid input (e.g., unreachable URL) are not refunded, but you can fix the issue and retry.
Can I get a refund?+
Because credits are delivered digitally and never expire, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, failed builds caused by our infrastructure are always credit-refunded.
What's included in the free tier?+
Every new account receives a small number of free credits to test the platform. Free-tier builds include all 66 customization options — there are no feature gates.
How long does a build take?+
Most builds complete in under 3 minutes. Complex configurations with ProGuard or custom Gradle dependencies may take slightly longer.
Can I upgrade my plan?+
UrlToApk is not subscription-based, so there is nothing to upgrade. Simply purchase additional credit packs whenever you need more builds.
